Supporting Local Environmental and Social Responsibility

It was a real pleasure to meet with Emma Reynolds MP for High Wycombe and Economic Secretary to the Treasury, to discuss the critical role of sustainability for local organisations. this is all about supporting local environmental and social responsibility initiatives.

We explored how CSR Accreditation—proudly founded right here in High Wycombe has been helping businesses across Buckinghamshire showcase their commitment to social responsibility. It was great to highlight the growing number of CSR Accredited organisations in our area and the positive impact they’re making on the local economy and community.

Our conversation also touched on the rapid growth of the Green sector—expanding at three times the rate of the UK economy—bringing with it high-quality jobs and stronger energy security. We both agreed on the importance of embedding purpose-driven values into business culture, especially when attracting and retaining the next generation of talent.
