CSR-A attends the Global CSR Forum 2026, Riyadh

What an inspiring two days at the Global CSR Forum in Riyadh!

With over 3,000 delegates, 100 speakers and 40 sessions, the energy, ambition and growing momentum for meaningful action were clear. It has been remarkable to see how the global conversation around CSR has accelerated over the past two years.

I was delighted to contribute by:

  • Sharing the stage with Sara Moawad, exploring CSR accreditation, classification and reporting.
  • Moderating a fascinating panel on standardising corporate responsibility metrics, with Manuela Di Blasio, Professor Mohammad Nurunnabi PhD,SFHEA,FRSA,FAIA(Acad),CMBE,FCPA,CMA and Karan Peer.
  • Participating in the Ministry’s Leaders Volunteering Initiative, sharing experience and practical advice.
  • Connecting with so many inspiring international leaders, including AHMED ALYASIRI, Dr. Maen Al Qatamin and Dr. Mohammed Al-Surf

A special thank you to Dr Mubarak Albogami and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for delivering such an important and timely event. And a huge thank you to the amazing Dr. Hanaa Al Banna PhD, Eng. for everything.

My key takeaway?

  • Commitment and conversation are essential, but measurement, transparency and demonstrable impact are what will deliver lasting change.
  • CSR is no longer simply about doing good. It is about doing good responsibly, consistently and with measurable outcomes.
  • This is Collaborative Social Responsibility in action – working together to create stronger communities, more responsible businesses and a positive legacy for future generations.

Doing good is good business.
